  2. 2 Any doctor that is not a family doctor, general practitioner, or internist.
  3. 3 Defined by the Israel Ministry of Health [13] as at least one of the following: (a) Diagnoses of at least one disease from a fixed list, (b) Continued treatment with at least one drug from a fixed list, or (c) use at least one prescribed medication for a period of 6 months or more.
