  1. *All questions were ranked on a 10 point Likert scale where 0 means no chance of becoming infected (no hazard at all) and 10 means definitely will become ill (extremely high hazard).
  2. **The perceived risk and severity reductions were computed as the difference between the two questionnaire items. The difference could be negative as several interviewees pointed out that vaccination might be more harmful than infection.
